Imagine if in Season 1 of 24 they would have casted a woman to be the President - not just any woman but a woman who was able to make the same tough decisions that David Palmer makes. Now imagine the primaries - is the lack of an image of a strong black, righteous, charismatic President enough to give Hilary the nod to be President?....we'll never know, but it makes you wonder. Especially when you see the beating that McCain took in the internet campaigning (the same guys who goes to Myspace, Facebook, etc. watches shows like 24 - myself included) - the main supporters of McCain are people like my Dad who only use the internet to forward "funny" or political articles and jokes - that make you feel good about being a conservative.
